Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and proper product evaluation time.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on products that:
- Were shipped directly from Consanfero
- Are in their original condition and packaging
- Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Were incorrectly shipped items
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened card games or items with broken seals
- Customized or personalized game components
- Digital game codes or downloadable content
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the returned item(s)
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
- For orders with multiple items, only defective items will be eligible for refund
Return Instructions
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at ask@consanfero.com with your order number and return reason
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the item(s) securely with all original materials
- Ship to the provided return address (not the original shipping address)
- Include your order information and return authorization inside the package
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected
- Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements
- For defective items, please provide photos and description of the issues
